Choosing the Right Size for a Waste Container
How do I determine the right size of waste container?
The choice depends on the size of your project. Here are some guidelines:
• 10 cubic yards: Ideal for small projects, such as renovating a small bathroom or cleaning out a garage. Includes about 1 tonne.
• 15 cubic yards: Suitable for medium-sized projects, such as renovating a kitchen or two standard rooms. Includes about 1.5 tonnes.
• 20 cubic yards: Perfect for larger renovations (e.g., an entire floor) or replacing flooring in a house (up to 2,000 sq. ft.). Includes about 2.5 tonnes.
• 25 cubic yards: For very large renovation projects or major post-disaster cleanups. Includes about 3 tonnes.
For each size, additional fees of $125 per extra tonne apply.
